Textiles and Surface Pattern Designer Natalie Davies

Today we feature the work of textiles and surface pattern designer Natalie Davies. A graduate of of Leeds College of Art, Natalie is “constantly influenced by the kitsch and the colourful.” In 2012, she launched her new business Neon Sherbet, which produces “vibrant funky patterns and prints for interior products.”

“The course at Leeds was a brilliant course and really allowed me to experiment and gain experience in many different print techniques. After graduating I worked in developing my final project into a complete collection whilst expanding my portfolio. At the beginning of this year I launched my business ‘NeonSherbet’, which specialises in producing vibrant funky patterns and prints for interior products. I started by selling through my website and more recently successfully via notonthehightstreet.com which was a dream come true as I have admired their website and ethos for a long time.”

“I am constantly influenced by the kitsch and the colourful. I love the Sixties with Op Art being a personal favourite! I am currently developing a new exciting collection of cushions and lampshades which is due for release early next year!”
